Web Developer Position

About In The Round
In The Round is a multimedia services company based in Canton, Ohio that integrates the creative arts, cutting-edge technologies and effective communication practices. Our three core divisions—Systems Services, Online Services and Content Creation—offer comprehensive multimedia communications solutions from equipment infrastructure to message development and content creation.

While ITR's clients span a range of sizes, industries, and locations, we are one of the few production organizations in our field that specializes in working with unique needs and challenges of arts-based, faith-based, and community organizations. We dedicate over 50% of our capacity each year to helping these non-profits communicate their compelling messages with enterprise quality, but at a budget that they can afford.

As a small business, ITR's work style is a fast-paced, flexible, swat-team approach with great variety and challenges. Our employees are both technically skilled and artistically inclined individuals who enjoy working and interacting in a creative environment with a high level of autonomy and direct input. Individuals who succeed at ITR typically:
  • Seek to be influential in the trajectory and growth of a quickly expanding small business
  • Desire to see concrete results of the impact of their work
  • Excel in an informal, flexible work environment
  • Have a high level of independence and responsibility while being able to work within, form, and lead small project teams as necessary
  • Have a strong interest in finding ways to provide high-quality services in cost-effective ways to arts-based, faith-based, and community non-profits

In The Round also runs an active internship program, providing hands-on experience to top communications and computer science students from area universities.  They work side-by-side with our professional staff, providing us an opportunity to invest in the next generation of production professionals.
